Self-evaluation for speech of value
Honestly speaking, I do really think that I did a really awful job this time. It seems that it was the first time I stand in front of all the classmates. The worst part is that if I were one of audiences, I won’t be persuaded by myself since I couldn’t even pronounce my key words ‘cosmetic contact lenses’ well. When it comes to the topic I chose, actually, I think it’s a nice topic because it’s really close to our daily life and I could feel that my audiences were interested in it and the colorful ppt as well. And the speed is a really huge problem that I faced. Even though I know I need to slow down, obviously I can’t do it. Anyway, I enjoyed the preparing the stuff for the speech. After I browsed so many websites about cosmetic contact lenses, I can’t even believe my eyes that there’re so many different kinds of cosmetic contact lenses. That’s amazing, but not so good. In conclusion, although I know what my weakness is, it’s still unbelievably difficult to improve it. I’ll keep fighting.
