Craig Hwang 提到...: Annalie did a good job on this presentation. At the beginning, she opened with a nice tone. I found that she had confidence to accomplish this performance.
In the mean time, she did match the graduation ceremony. She gave the motto of Rosa Chien to the students. The motto is “Never stop yourself from trying the things that you haven’t experienced and always try to make a new record of your life.” That is a good motto for teenagers. She actually did a great job on eye-contact. In my opinion, she tried to let the audience take part in her speech.
However, she got some weakness this time. First, she depended on her notes too much; she probably didn’t memorize all the content well so she always had to take a look at her notes. Second, I think that she had to smile during the presentation. Maybe she wanted to present the content well, and forgot to smile. But smile is an essential element while everyone is presenting his/her speech. Finally, the body language that she used was not too much. If she had used the body language, she would have performed the speech vividly.
