Annie Hsu's Persuasive speech on question of value

annie 提到...: I believe that i have composed well on "surrogate motherhood" this topic. This really helps me to prepare the speech. In the opening of the speech, i ask my classmates if they had a wonderful mother's day. it was a good way to draw my audience's attention and it's related to my topic. i have very strong eye contact with my audience as well. However, the mistakes i made in this speech is more than the excellen parts. I was choked in the first paragraph and more than that, i even say "sorry". i think this was a huge mistake for the reason that i have been trained for one year. i shouldn't have said this. Second, the time of the whole speech is too long. i had to admit that i didn;t measure the time of the whole speech befor going the stage. I was so confident that i didn;t expect the whoele speech would take so long. As a result, i bored my audienece. i'm very frustrated after giving this speech. i hope i can learn something from the mistakes i made.; 5/29/2007 9:22 上午
